It is important that you measure carefully for products that are size sensitive such as pads for crates and kennels. We understand that occasionally it is necessary to return an item for exchange. We can only accept returns and exchanges of unused items that were purchased on our website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery of the item and require a return authorization number. Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and to get a Return Authorization Number. We cannot process a return or exchange without this. Once we have received product back into warehouse and processed for resale we will either exchange for different size or refund original payment method minus the original ship cost.
A product with a manufacturer defect can be exchanged within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 working days.
International, Alaska & Hawaii Shipping
A $15 ship credit will be applied to orders shipping to these locations that total over $75 after discounts and taxes. These locations will be shipped via United States Postal Service.
Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping offer is applied to orders of $75 or more after discounts and taxes. This applies to orders that are shipping to destinations within the continental United States. Free shipping will be USPS or UPS Ground only.
All items are routinely available for shipment. Items may be out of stock periodically. You will be notified of the back order and of the date the item will be shipped via e-mail and given the option of changing, canceling or keeping the item on back order.

Based on the recipient’s mailing address, sales tax may be added. At this time, a 7.00% sales tax will be collected only for orders for the state of North Carolina.
