Build a potty area perfect for your home with our Connectable Tray Systems. Use the connectable sides of the trays to build the shape and size you want, for a customized potty station for your pup!
How To Use
Choose how many 16” x 24” potties you will need for your dog’s potty area.
Multiple potties can be attached together by using the built-in connectable rails located on the black collection tray- stack the wider rail on top of the narrow rail.
Attach 4 self-adhesive rubber feet (included with purchase) to the outer corners of the bottom of the black collection tray. This will prevent the tray from sliding.
Wash reusable PoochPad® before first use for best fit and absorbency. The pad will initially be larger than the tray. After washing and drying, the pad will shrink to fit the tray properly.
Place the pad in the tray logo side up, then place turf on top of the pad.
To help train your dog, use a small amount of PoochPad® Potty Training Attractant Spray (sold separately) or dab a small amount of your dog’s pee in the center of the PoochTurf™.
Lead your dog to the spot and allow them to sniff the area, so they can learn that this is the approved place to “go.” (See FAQ’s for training tips)
Be sure to praise/reward your dog when they use the dog potty.
Care Instructions
Clean tray, turf mat, and Hike Shield by rinsing with warm soapy water, then air dry.
Do NOT machine wash or dry.
For a thorough cleaning, we recommend PoochPad® Stain & Odor Eliminator (sold separately.)
Minor shrinkage of the PoochPad® will occur after washing and drying.
Excessive use of chlorine bleach or fabric softeners is not recommended as it can cause damage to the fibers and reduce the absorbency of the pad.
To dry the pad, use permanent press or medium heat dryer setting. Pads may also be hung to dry.
