How To Use

• Choose how many 16” x 24” potties you will need for your dog’s potty area.
  • Multiple potties can be attached together by using the built-in connectable rails located on the black collection tray- stack the wider rail on top of the narrow rail.
• Attach 4 self-adhesive rubber feet (included with purchase) to the outer corners of the bottom of the black collection tray. This will prevent the tray from sliding.
• Wash reusable PoochPad® before first use for best fit and absorbency. Pad will initially be larger than tray. After washing and drying, pad will shrink to fit tray properly.
• To assemble: place pad in tray logo side up.
• Line up the Hike Shield (notch side down) on the back and short side of the tray.
• Pull the elastic from the pad corners and loop around notches on Hike Shield.
• Place turf on top of pad and elastic.
• To help train your dog, use a small amount of PoochPad® Potty Training Attractant Spray (sold separately) or dab a small amount of your dog’s pee in the center of the PoochTurf®.
• Lead your dog to the spot and allow them to sniff the area, so they can learn that this is the approved place to “go.” (See FAQ’s for training tips)
• Be sure to praise/reward your dog when they use the dog potty
